Both Eitan Zachodin, Eddie Ryabovsky have committed web fraud in an attempt to collect money. They have made false claims in an attempt to collect money. Eitan Zachodin posted an online attack against my web design company. He never hired me as a web developer. he came to me as a WOUNDED STUDENT - with a huge chip on his shoulder. AND asked me for UNPAID help for a PAYING client of his over the HOLIDAY WEEKEND of Dec 25th. When I did not get back to him ASAP- he demanded his TRAINING FEE back. It is my understanding that Mr Zachodin is having financial troubles and perhaps marriage problems as well.

When I did NOT get back to him he attacked me and my training skills and posted an online HATE posting along with Ed Ryabovsky on a website that they are working on together

Eitan Zachodin - calls himself a flash web developer - and charges his clients fees and then come to me for training - but when I dont get back to him on HIS CLIENTS SCHEDULE - he lashes out and attacks my training skills. He came to me in Fall of 2006 after taking classes at SVA and complaining about those classes too.

SEE his below email It's sunday at 3pm. I'm meeting with my client tomorrow morning.

I resolved the issue I emailed you about myself.

I can now click on an image in the accordion gallery and go to an internal frame (labeled "description" in this case).

Here's what I'd like your help with: I now need to be able to load a larger image on the 'description' page that corresponds to the image clicked from the accordion.

I have to be able to somehow pass a variable from the portfolio page/accordion gallery to the description page saying which thumbnail was clicked on, which then tells a loader on the description page to load the larger version image (that I get from description.xml) of the thumbnail that was clicked on in the accordion. Along with the larger image I want to a painting title and painting description to be loaded as well.

I've attached a design comp of what I'd like the "description " page to look like. It just has to be dynamic so what ever thumbnail is clicked, the larger version appears on the accordion.

I included an example in the largerimages folder along with an xml document called description.xml.

Finally, I'd like some suggestions on how to optimize the file since I didn't do any garbage collection or removing event listeners.

Thanks,

Eitan

ANOTHER EMAIL FROM EITAN

Robert,

It's now Wednesday. Have you even looked at my file? You said you'd get back to me yesterday. I let you know this is for a CLIENT. That means it's URGENT. I'm asking again, will you help me or not?

The charge is completely fabricated and unfounded

Robert Farrell claimed Eddie Ryabovsky and I commited web fraud in an attempt to collect money when in fact I only asked for a refund of the money I paid to him to teach me a programming language. I have nothing to do with Eddie Ryabovsky. Accusing me of 'web fraud' is completely slanderous and false. Still, this ripoff report comes up on page 1 of google and is hurting my reputation. If anyone reads the report, they'll find that I'm not even accused of 'web fraud' beyond the title. I'm accused of asking for a refund for overly priced classes that were useless. Please remove this report. It is unfounded and completely slanderous.

Have you even looked at my file? You said you'd get back to me yesterday. I let you know this is for a CLIENT. That means it's URGENT. I'm asking again, will you help me or not? thanks, Eitan here is his email threat 2 days later Robert, It is after business hours on Wednesday night and didn't get back to me AGAIN. You never fail to disappoint. You are probably the most unprofessional person I've ever had the displeasure of doing business with. But doing business is exactly what we're engaged in, only I have yet to receive one shred of value for the money I paid you. Sadly, (very sadly) we have a $680 bond that needs to get settled one way or another. It has been my hope that we could resolve it ourselves but there in lies the problem. You are unreliable, unresponsive, undependable and most definitely undeserving of my business. Hearing my complains, you've chosen to ignore me time and time again. You've shown no regard and no respect for my sense of urgency when I ask you for help and point out specifically that I'm dealing with clients, as clearly as I could possibly can. Normally that should mean something to someone in your position but it doesn't seem to mean anything to you for some reason. Here's where I'm coming from: All I can say is that you about to start taking me seriously from this point on. I've been more then patient with you and the result has continued to prove that I've gotten RIPPED OFF for $680. That won't go forgotten on my end and my patience in dealing with you is over. It SUCKS that I paid you even one dime, I wish I never had. I'm still wondering, do you even know Actionscript at all? or was this whole thing one huge scam. From my perspective, it's definitely appears to be the latter. Fortunately for me, there are ways to deal with people like you and I would seriously doubt that I would be the first to take it to the COURTS. As much as you claimed that no one's ever complained or asked for a refund and blah, blah, blah...I seriously doubt that. Here is my final offer: issue me a FULL REFUND or I'm SUING you. You've failed to treat me with the respect that a real professional would treat a paying client. You've wasted my time, money and caused me a great deal of stress. I've organized a record of our entire interactions from day one and prepared to win our case. Justice will be on my side as I've already consulted an attorney. If the general public were informed about you and how you conduct 'business', you'd be out of business for good. People like you are so self-centered you always fail to do the right thing and end up being forced by the courts. It's your call but I'm prepared to go all the way since a judgement against you might help the next innocent Joe to steer clear from your business practices and that would at least get me something for my $680! Enough is enough. Eitan, New Jersey U.S.A.
