EKnowledgeDataEnrtyCompany- I paid for a service that I can't even get to.They say "sorry,no refund" ! Internet
I paid for a service to work from home typing-sounds great! Don't be fooled!I paid my money to this company,can even get to a ?homepage and sign in,but if I click on anything except 'contact us'- I get kicked off the page,told webpage unavailable-HTTP404 not found. In my trying I've even been told this company does not exist.I could understand no refund if it was something I just couldn't do,or if I wasn't making any money-But I can't even use their service,and customer service only says they'll get back with me and what am I doing wrong!They told me they would leave my account openin case this was something I wanted to try-but I wouldn't have paid $47. if I didn't want to try! Great customer service-ha ha -but I'm not laughing!Plimus determined I could not get a refund but if I can keep even 1 person from making the same naive mistake I did, this is worth it!Read ALL disclaimers VERY carefully.
