i have a promissory note of $ 40,000.000 usd, interest with a rate of 8% payable on 11/22/2016 signed by local notary and a check of his account in guarantee for that quantity, it hasn´t been paid yet, this due is already done

several times i have called him and gone to his place and he has been refused to get this up for paying. I received a waranty check to be cashed for $50,000.00 however this check was deposited last 06/08/2017, it was return by the wells fargo bank for closed account

fraud. check returned for close account. i have promissory note past due
