We were referred to this company to get our TV repaired. Lou was prompt on coming out, he fixed the TV 3 days later, he was paid in cash that same day and as far as we knew all was great, service was great and off he went. However, 3 months later we had exact same problem with TV , the lamp had blown, same part he replaced and warrantied and so we called him 5 weeks ago today and he was prompt on coming out, he confirmed it was the same part, said he would.order the new part and see us in 3-5 days to install it.
Here we are 5 weeks later and he hadn't been back, he has scheduled appointment after appointment saying he's coming, he doesn't show up and when we call he has excuses like "part isn't in yet, iade a mistake and thought it was part for.your TV" "you must of misunderstood me I said I was coming this week not last week" this past Saturday he was supposed to show up, he no showed again for 3rd time, when I called him from my phone he ignored me all weekend, today I called him from a different phone and he hung up on me... I called back and he answered and said " I didn't come because so far all 6 lamps I've ordered from the company have been bad, so I'm trying to get a new lamp for you, I will let you know" he has excuse after excuse and to pay $400 and have it break 3 months later and him not to follow up on his warranty is just wrong.
