I purchased my future husbands wedding band on November 24, 2014.  I ordered a size 11 but that was a guess, they said that they do not have that size (but WAS listed on the site at the time).  So, they offered to send a size 10 or refund my money right then.  Since we know you can not size titanium, I asked them what to do if the ring just doesn't fit.  They said that if the ring just doesn't work and we need another size then just send it to them and they will ship the correct size or refund if they can not accomodate.  Well we found on December 5th (when we got the ring) that it was too big and he needed a size 9.  So I called the company, let them know the situation and was informed to download the refund form and send it back with the right sized ring on it.  The ring was shipped back with in hours and recieved by them (verified through tracking).  I decided to check on the ring on Decemeber 10, 2014 and the man who answered was not very polite.  I let him know that I was inquiring about a return/exchange order.  He said they my order was on the way and it may be after Christmas. (Okay??) I did not tell him yet why I was calling.  Once I told him it was for a wedding band his tune changed and he laughed it off and mentioned that he though I was calling about a Pandora bracelet (I guess this gets exchanged frequently by them for him to assume that was the purpose of my call). He put me on hold (I found that they only have a "few men" who answer the phones there and did not catch his name - did not think I had to) came back and said the size 9 was going to be at their location from the distibuter on Friday the 12 th and he would have it shipped immediately, sorry for the confusion.  Well, Dec 22 and no ring.  But in my email on the 18th they said they had been trying to reach me.  I called today to find out why and they said that they never got my cc info to charge me for the shipping... uh hold on, No!  I was not told about this a few weeks back and if I was I would have just asled for a refund.  So I did just that if they were not willing to ship my ring to me.  Sadly, they did not get the ring, said it was protocol to get my cc info first which was not done so the order was not placed.  They have my money and the ring.  I asked for the refund, they said no but I could have store credit, uh no!  I raised a ruccous and they said that their manager "has to be let go for the hoidays and (Tracy) would talk to the .net processor to refund money but could not give my specifics of guarantee anything (Merry Christmas, right?).  So, after I told her I just didn't understand why they would give up a $260 sale over shipping she said it was policy.  Then she hung up on me.  I called back thinking she was transferring me to refunds..no.  They can not be reached by us and she would talk to someone and let me know the out come.  Needless to say, I had to call my bank and dispute this transaction.  Plus side, I found the same ring elsewhere for $30 less and I am happy about that..please don't order from these people unless it is EXACTLY what you want and don't care about if it will work or not.
