Elite Global Transport Aron Took My deposit gave me the run around for 3 weeks,,ended up getting another broker and now wont return deposit Boca Raton Florida
Contacted Aron to move a truck for me, paid deposit on 11/13/15 I stated truck would be clear for pick up on 11/15/15.. On 11/24/15 I contacted Aron to see how the progress was going if any. He stated he was working on it. The seller contacted me and wanted why the truck wasnt picked up yet so I contacted Aron and asked him if he would let the seller know it was being worked on. Aron told seller that it would be picked up on 11/27/15 or at the latest 11/30/15. I contacted Aron on12/2/15 and asked what the deal was still no pick up. Aron stated give me til 12/4/15 to find someone or I will give you a refund, I agreed. I called Aron on 12/4/15 still no progress he stated call me later this afternoon. I called back at 3:30 No answer 4:30 no answer.. So i contacted another Broker (which had the truck picked up) I called Aron and told him its Friday and you said you would give me a refund and I went with a different broker, Aron said thats bull you show me proof and Ill give you the refund that was 12/4 now its 12/7 and no one answers the phone. Aron didnt do what he was paid to do.
