Emc Mortgage Corporation ripoff raised my payment by $600.00 a month, and only putting into escrow .02 cents a month something has to be done with this company. Irving Texas
asked emc repeatedly for years to do an escrow analysis and at there convienance did one and then raised my payment by $600.00 a month, and only putting into escrow .02 cents a month something has to be done with this company
Emc bought my mortgage from liberty lending a few years ago and i have had nothing but problems with them. my ex-husband claimed bankruptcy and they forced an escrow on this account, thats fine but they never did an escrow analysis to increase my payment so that money would go into the account every month to build it up. I noticed that the escrow account was in the negative about 1000.00 and asked them to do the analysis on the account, well needless to say i got nowhere fast. for all the years that they have had my loan i have asked for an analysis and it was never done. now that my escrow is in the negative 5000.00 they decide to do the analysis on the account and have raised my payment from 645.31 to over 1100.00 a month. how can they get away with that. if they had done it when i first asked them to my payment would have only gone up about 100.00 this is rediculous. i never even received a notice that my payment went up. i called in my october payment and after i confirmed it she told me that that was the rest of septembersand i still owed for october, and that is when i found out about the increase. someone has got to stop these people because now i may lose my home because i cant afford 1200.00 a month. someone please help!!!! what they are doing cannot be legal!!!!

DEAR LADIES: I HAVE DEALT WITH BEAR STEARNS SOME TIME AGO WHEN EMC WAS FIRST GIVING ME HEADACHES, AND YES THEY ARE VERY MUCH AWARE OF THE MORTGAGE SERVICING FRAUD THAT EMC IS DOING TO ALL CONSUMERS, SO PLEASE DO NOT BE DUMB ENOUGH TO FALL FOR IT, WHEN THEY SAY THEY WANT TO HELP, THEY ARE ONLY GOING TO DO SO MUCH AND THEN YOU WILL BE IN THE SAME PITIFUL POSITION AGAIN WITH EMC, BELIEVE, I HAVE ALREADY BEEN DOWN THAT ROAD. GET A GOOD LAWYER!! ONE WHO SPECIALIZES IN THIS FIELD AND WORK WITH HIM OR HER!!! LISTEN TO THE LAWYER, AND TRY TO FOCUS ON THE R.E.S.P.A LAWS THAT THEY ARE BREAKING, THAT WAY YOU CAN SEW THEM. ALSO LOOK AT THE RESPA LAW WEBSITE, IT IS VERY INFORMATIVE. YOU SHOULD WANT TO SUE THEM FOR PUTTING YOU THROUGH SO MUCH HEARTACHE. YOUR HOME IS YOUR CASTLE ( for women) I KNOW MY HOME IS TO ME, I DON'T KNOW WHAT I WOULD DO WITHOUT IT SO I AM GOING TO FIGHT TO THE END. NEVER LOOK FOR A QUICK FIX, BECAUSE IS ISN'T THERE. Just a heads up, Bear Stearns is WELL AWARE of the scam that EMC is operating, they are profiting from it. So if you received resolution it's just a smoke screen deterrent. Bear Stearns and EMC are operating a mortage foreclosue scam. Don't fall for it. Write to your State District Attorney and Banking Dept. Please don't be stupid and think that Bear Stearns is clueless.

BEAR STEARNS IS A SISTER COMPANY TO EMC MORTGAGE THEY WERE EXTREMELY HELPFUL WHEN I CALLED THERE I HAD A RETURN PHONE CALL FROM EMC WITHIN 20 MINUTES AFTER I CALLED BEAR STEARNS THE REPRESENATIVE FROM EMC WAS VERY VERY POLITE AND VERY VERY HELPFUL AND ALSO HAD NO CLUE WHAT KIND OF RUN AROUND AND PROBLEMS EMC IS GIVING TO CONSUMERS WHEN YOU CALL BEAR STEARNS LET THEM KNOW THAT YOUR CALLING ABOUT THE ILLEAGAL OPERATIONS THAT EMC IS DOING TO CONSUMERS... PLEASE EVERYONE LETS GET TOGETHER AND SHUT THIS COMPANY DOWN ALL IT TAKES IS A PHONE CALL...THE NUMBER TO BEAR STEARNS IS: 1-888-473-3819 THEY ARE IN NEW YORK THEY ALSO HAVE A WEB SITE I DONT KNOW EXACTLY WHAT IT IS BUT JUST SEARCH BEAR STEARNS AND REMEMBER THERE ADDRESS IS 383 MADISON AVE NEW YORK NY 10179.
