I was called by this company and asked if our business was interested in a credit card machine.

I told them they could come by and explain it to me. So they came by. They told me I could purchase a machine pay monthly for 1 year. When I told them I didn't know if our company would really be able to use a machine, not that many call and want to charge a roof. They told me to do some advertising that we now except credit cards and give it 3 months if we didn't use it in that time, we could return. And would only be out the money for those 3 months.

We'll I did call them in 3 months they told me I had signed a 1 year purchase agreement. So I went ahead and kept it thinking if I didn't use it in the next year I could always sell it. After aprox. A year we did get a customer who wanted to charge his job. So I called the company so they could help me through the process but now I cant get a hold of anyone. So I went online to see if I could get another contact number only to find out this company already had many complaints against it.

People where calling it a fraudulent company, rip off company so I called my bank and told them what happened so they stopped the automatic payment. Now I get harassing phone calls at least 2 -3 times daily. And they are telling me it is a lease not a purchase and the contract they sent to me is not the one I signed. They also tell me it is non-cancelable lease for 48 months. They are very rude. Also when all this first happened and I couldn't get a hold of them I tried to find another company to work with my machine and no one else is compatible with my machine they tell me it is too old.

Also something I just remembered when the guy brought the machine to my house and set it up. I asked him also if I could return it in 3 months if I didn't use it and he confirmed it.

I signed onto a class action suit supposedly on the Internet and they were going to contact me but I have never heard from them.
