The company EMH or auctionriot, red-flagged my account in some way when I complained about non-receipt of my items. I had won additional items and I was being sent automated emails DAILY reminding me to make payment on the additional items, until I replied and told them I would NOT pay for anything else until I had received my fist shipment, as I had found complaints about the company on the internet and I questioned their legitimacy. Immediately, those automated emails ceased to appear in my inbox. I received an email which directed me to check the "above link" and there was NO link in the email to click on to check the status of my shipment. The CSR's name was Mindi. My most recent email, sent Friday October 15th, is as of yet, unanswered. I have not included my order number in this post, for the simple reason that I do not trust these people any further than I can spit. I do not, however, wish for this omission of information to void the validity of my complaint in any way, and if they wish to reply to me, with a working number where a breathing human can be reached, I would be more than happy to complain in person to someone. Sometimes you mess with the wrong person, and I am one of those few who will go to the very ends of the earth and back to prove a point and make it known that I won't be taken advantage of.
