In November 2014 I ordered Empspark for my daughter for Christmas. I paid $425.00 for this item (Paypal) and have a receipt. I have contacted them multiple times only to get different excuses each time. As of today, 2/13/16, we still have not received our Emospark.Their latest excuse is that they don't have the money to ship it to me. I told them I wanted a refund and they told me they don't have the money to refund to me.  When I ordered this item, they made it appear that the item was already manufactured. Then I find out it is not. Then they tell me that in order to get my item right away, I have to be a "guild member". That wasn't mentioned either when I placed my order. The fact that it was a crowd-funded project was not mentioned when I gave them my $425.00. Needless to say, I am more than fed up and want my money back.
