file update: on 7/9/12 I was contacted by Rebekah Clerk of Empire today at 4:45 P.M.. I was advised that if I wantedto go to tile (ceramic tile) they would remove the flooring and install the tile. I asked if they have porcelion tile and a answer was we do not have the tile. they advised that the customer would have to pay the difference. when asked how much, iwas told that they would have to return to the house and then determine the value. this could cost another $6000.00. this was the only offer. I askedwhy wouldn't theyreturn my money for this offer was totally unacceptable. She advised that management only made the one offer.

the company has been contacted 7 times and with no results. the hole in my floor still has flooring missing which was removed at the time of the original report and the contractor took the panels with him. if i am correct i payed for the flooring and he had no right to remove from the premises and now i have company coming with this hole in floor. they advised that they wanted a report from a testing lab for the problem, and this was e-mailed to them and still no results.
