Encante serum and eye cream They don't have a return policy and once they mailed you they don't take back California
I saw the advertise on the internet of the Encante eye cream and serum. When I was at filling the form it did not ask me to agree the terms ave I did not check mark it. So I only wanted the sample. After sending me the sample they charged me $198.98 to my credit card. I talked to cancel my membership they told they can not refund but will send two more products for free. And told me they cancelled my membership. Within 8 days they charged my credit card for$98 again and when I called they said they cannot refund the whole amount but only35 % will be refunded. I did not have the option to return this shipment either. The product is not promising either. It gave me rash and under my eyes adds doesn't go away and makes me look older with wrinkles under eyes. Be very careful before using it.
