Encante Serum, Santa Ana, Ca Belle anti-aging syrum Ordered face cr to only pay shipping of 5.95. they charged my visa 89.00. then 98.00 twice, it's a fraud Santa Ana California
I ordered face syrum, was only supposed to pay 5.95 dollars shipping. They charged my Visa 5.95 twice, then charged 89.00. Next charged 98.91. I called the company and told them I didn't order this and the person I talked with said I signed the agreement when I ordered the face cream. But did put the 89.00 back in my bank. Refused to refund the 98 dollars. And said they would "close my account"
Then this month I was again charged 98.91. I called again and was told the same thing that I signed the aggreement when I ordered the cream. I told him that I am 76 years old and living on Soc Sec, he just just kept repeating that I had signed up for it. I later got an e-mail stating that the oney would be refunded I'm still waiting. I used my Visa debit card.
