Through the internet I ordered a free trial of Encante Eye cream with a shipping cost of $5.95 which was charged on 1/28/16. The product was mailed standard USPS on 1/29/16. It arrived a week later. On 2/12/16 I called to cancel and was informed I could cancel future orders, but I would be billed the full cost of the product as I had missed the trial deadline. I explained I had not had it 14 days. I was told the 14 day trial started the moment the product was requested for the trial period which included the time in shipping the product. I said I would happily return the product as I had not opened it. The customer support said they would not accept it.
