We sent Her The US Postal INS Receipts and as our Local PO told us she has Paperwork to Complete and File the claim.
We do not want to hurt anyone
Everything was shipped insured attached
Customer tell us she lost phone but does not call or Answer Emails
Everyone has received Damaged Goods
She Lives in Puerto Rico how the Response Came From Florida in Complaint is strange.
Did she Move Machines herself to FL

Our Only Client Lopez is in Aquadillia, Puerto Rico.
She gave a shipping address USPS could not find
She Lost her Cell Phone and they could not Call her to get delivery directions
We asked her for a Fax Number via Email (Cannot Contact by Phone #'s on File)
NO RESPONSE
All freight is Pre Paid
If this is customer she is not in Florida
USPS will honor Ins if she Fills Out Paper work
