Got a $14.95 charge on my Verizon bill. Called Verizon, who referred me to 888-295-3724, which I called, and was told the charge was from me at an email address that I NEVER had - an eznet.net account. They agreed to take the charge off within 1 - 2 months. Called my nephew at Verizon and he took the amount off as "in dispute" and is going to keep an eye on my account and after ESBI rescinds the charge, is THEN going to 'block' my account so that they can't charge me any more.

Looked on the web, and ESBI is ALL OVER it, with complaints. I filed a complaint with my state's Attorney General AND with the FCC - who apparrently ALREADY won a lawsuit against this company for the same reason. How do these people stay in business? How can we put them OUT of business???
