Enterprise Rent A Car Enterprise Ruined Our Family Vacation lied were rude (Nicole) the a** manager. Beaverton Oregon
My wife and I have rented from Enterprise for the last five years (even though they claim they don't have the information (but our banks do!), to take our annual family vacation. Last year we went to Palm Springs, this year we went to Reno, NV. We live in Oregon, which is one of two states that supposedly Enterprise won't allow you to rent a vehicle to leave the state unless you have a major credit card. We have always used one of our bank debit cards as we don't believe in being forced to own a credit card that charges interest. We've done it in the past, now...the day of our vacation, we went in to get our reserved rental car. However, Nicole, a very rude and snotty assistant manager there, refused to rent to us the day of our trip because of thier "policy." Well, we've never seen their "policy" posted ANYWHERE in their facility at any time. So, we had to pay extra money out our vacation money to repair our own vehicle for the trip, which was almost $500! PLUS, we had added costs for higher fuel with a V-8 SUV instead of a 4 cylinder rental! Needles to say, our money was sooo tight on our trip that it ruined it for us and the kids. Enterprise feels they did no wrong, but we feel otherwise. We will be filing a lawsuit against them shortly as we relied on their services and had a verbal contract with them for our vacation rental needs. Anyone else who's experienced the poor services from this company should file a report here too! Strength in numbers, eh? They've lost a lot of refferals from my wife in the business community and anyone I can tell to stay away from them. NEVER rent from Enterprise Rent A Car, especially from that snooty brat of a manager, in our opinion, Nicole at the SW Murray office in Beaverton, OR.
