I found Entirely Pets.com after searching for pet supplies on a search page. I should have checked out their reputation first. I initially was going to order just a few things but they plastered all over their website that, if your order is over $100.00, it would ship for free. I was charged for shipping based on an obscure "shipping chart", that you would only see if you called to complain and were told where and what to look for on their web page. To add insult to injury, they back ordered the cat food.

I called two weeks later and a guy said that he thought that the product was in stock now and would ship. Two weeks later and no cat food. I called this evening and was put into a voice mail box the first time I called. The second time I called, I was put on hold for 5 minutes before being disconnected. The third time I called, a fellow said he would find out and put me on hold again. This time I hung up after about 15 minutes on hold.

Normally, I would be a little more patient before resorting to blast a company in this manner but the phone calls came after a couple of un-responded-to emails.

I have used the internet for shopping for years and have never had any issues with any company I bought from until ENTIRELY PETS.
