Entourage Management Smart Circle Brian Mcguigan Shady Job Ads Denver Colorado
Entourage Management (formerly known as ADCO Management until Brian changed it's name due to bad press) is a direct sales firm specialising is dishonesty and unethical conduct. It's owner, Brian Mcguigan, is constantly posting online trying to lure desperate job seekers into padding his pockets
The ONLY job available at Entourage Management is direct sales. A truthful advertisement would read something like "direct sales, lousy pay, on your feet six days a week". Knowing that he would not get much of a response to an ad like that, Brian has decided to stretch the truth in an attempt to lure unsuspecting job seekers.
Below is a typical Entourage advertisement taken from a popular career website. In it he claims to have openings in "all divisions of our firm" including campaign development, event coordination, public relations and customer service. Truly a work of fiction and belongs on the New York Times best seller list.
Please don't judge Brian too harshly seeing as that he is contracted to Smart Circle International and is just following their recruiting guidelines. Smart Circle is known for it's deceptive practices and are constantly being exposed for the work that they do.

After graduating from college I had no interest in sales. I joined Entourage Management as a way to pay rent until I found something more suited to my education. I was a little sceptical at first because I was told that with a great attitude and work ethic I could become a manager in a fairly quick amount of time. Needing money I pursued it, and it turned out to be the best decision I've made. I'm not the only one to say that sales is not for everyone. It can be very difficult at times and certainly tests your ability to maintain a positive mentality. But if you work hard everyday and trust the well-structured business model that Entourage has created, you will see results. I know because I am now a manager. This business has changed my financial future for myself and my family, and I have learned amazing lessons along the way. Truly a wonderful, energetic and opportunistic venture to be a growing part of. I couldn't have done it without the humbleness and mentorship of Mr. McGuigan.

It's been the better part of a year since this report was posted and wouldn't you know, as if on cue, Brian has once again ordered his employees to write some positive comments about him and his business.
This report was dormant for almost a year and within the course of a month, three current employees weighed in. What are the chances? Although they all seem to disagree with the report, not one of them has attempted to refute the facts.
KMcCarthy wants you to know that "Brian is not only an incredible mentor, but he has also proven to be a loyal and reliable friend."
Anonymous claims that "I couldn't ask for a better leader and mentor along the way."
Although Chris doesn't talk about Brian the mentor, he does write about Entourage being a great opportunity just like Anonymous and KMcCarthy.
What are the chances of three individuals writing very similar reports within a month? This is obviously Brian's attempt to pervert the facts and export his agenda. It would appear as though Brian wants you to believe that he is a great mentor/leader and that Entourage Management is a fantastic opportunity.
O.K. but these people work for Brian and have to deal with him on a daily basis. Are there any reports form former employees who no longer fear any repercussions from this tyrant?

What about the shady job ads Brian is known for posting?
It would appear as though he as cleaned up his act or at least found a loophole. Instead of claiming to have positions in marketing, advertising and management etc., he now mostly writes about training new recruits in those areas. Clever. It's all a bunch of bull because employees will be selling Directv in places like Sam's club and Best Buy. Good job Brian.
Below is an Entourage ad currently posted online. Besides the title being aimed at customer service job seekers, Brian claims to need 5-7 retail representatives and management trainees ASAP! This guy is too much. The best part of the ad is the bold face lie he tell perspective interviewees by claiming that it's the "busiest time of year". The holiday season is the busiest time of the year for retail sales and take it form someone who used to work with these guys, July is one of the slowest months for Smart Circle Directv. Good job Brain.

As someone who has been a part of this business for some time now, I disagree. When i interviewed, it was made very clear to me that we would be working 6 days a week, cruising around a retail store engaging customers! Yea, your feet have to get used to it but i spend all day every day now up and going no problem!
Making a good hourly wage with overtime, plus commission if youre good enough and getting the job done on top while learning the process doesnt get much better for a sales job either. What Entourage is is an opportunity to work with some of the best names in the industry out of the top retailers and make it happen or not.
If youre willing to put in the time and effort, you get all the help in the world and everyone involved is interested in helping you to become better than you were the day before. But some people arent up for the change or just not meant to be in the retail sales industry plain and simple!

I came from playing collegiate and some professional baseball, but had never had a real job before. Most positions that were desirable for me required years of experience, which I didn't have. Finally, I found a job opportunity with Brian McGuigan at Entourage Management. They required no experience and through the management training program, were able to teach me the fundamentals of the business from the ground floor on up. I started just looking for a job and in 8 short months was molded into a manager in the business, marketing for Fortune 100 companies.
I couldn't ask for a better leader and mentor along the way. Throughout the program, there was never a time where he asked or pushed me to do something that he hadn't done before himself. For those looking for a career, Entourage Management will give you the professioinal development and growth within the company that leads to an opportunity that is only getting bigger.

14 years of my professional career has been spent engaged in the professional workforce environment. During that span, I have worked with numerous companies in various industries. My career has afforded me opportunities to be associated with very successful and highly reputable companies and mentors. However, I have never had a better leader than Brian McGuigan, of Entourage Management.
Brian provided me with an extraordinary opportunity. He provided me with the chance to continue to develop as a leader, and the opportunity to become the owner of my own small business. He NEVER promised me that I would “get rich quickly”. Nor did he promise me that it would be easy. However, he did promise me continued support if I were to remain focused and work harder for myself than I ever have for anyone else. Brian is not only an incredible mentor, but he has also proven to be a loyal and reliable friend.
If you are looking for an opportunity to work and develop yourself into a leader, and possibly own a small business of your own, then search no further. Brian McGuigan and Entourage Management have the skills and experience to help you succeed. Just be aware of what you will need to provide: the work ethic, attitude, and drive to attain your goals!
