I purchased an ink cartidge for my Epson Printer at a local store and got one that had no ink in it. The printer did not even recogize it and I weighed the new one againts the one I was replacing. The Store said, I have to call 1-800-GO-EPSON, that was sales. Epson sales then gave me the number for Tech Support, who says the problem was with their printer --- I know this is not the case because another cartidge worked. The person I spoke to tried to threaten me with the fact that they are recording my call. So, what. I want my call recorded so, the managment can see what poor service they are giving customers. I threw away the useless ink catidge because Epson is not standing behind their products. All I wanted was a replacement ink catidge.
