Equifax Inc. Continues To Have Problems With Data Breaches Of Personal Information Out There! They have had a Data Breach at least twice which resulted in a Permanent Release of my Permanent Data, Including My Social Security Number. I have been at Risk Of Identity Theft at Any Time and Equifax Inc. was Negligent in Allowing My Data to be Breached Under California Code Section (Civ & 1714). I took them to the Los Angeles Superior Court and sued them in the Small Claims Court back on Friday, April 27, 2018 for $10,000.00 dollars and Lost because the Judge was for the company and did Not Go By The Law, sadly speaking! Enclosed, in the attachments, please find a copy of the Notice Of Entry Of Judgment Giving Me Absolutely Nothing, along with Proof Of The Data Breach by the Huffington Post posted back on Friday, September 8, 2017, including Proof From Equifax Inc.
