Equinox Beauty Cream Sheridan Envisage Had ad to get Equinox Day & Night Serum for $4.95. Package came no paper work, nothing else in box except day & night serum. January 22, 2013 my acct was charged $99. With no notification of any sort Sparks, Nevada
$99. Taken out of account by Sheridan Envisage, Bluffdale, UT January 22, 2013. Called 877 599-2656 talked with person with very broken English that could not be understood. Got name Larry Roberts, supervisor, x2283, that is not available when called. Did not authorize payment! So beware Equinox Day & Night Serum is rip off!!

I am a victim of Equinox too. I was told it would be $4.95 or $4.99 to order and my orders show up on my credit cards as $89.
The product did not do what it claimed it would do. It was very hard to find a phone number to this company to cancel my order due to the product came with no billing paperwork, no addresses, no phone number, no account number ... nothing but the product.
Thanks to the first report I could get a phone number to cancel my subscription.
The person I talked to on the phone spoke very poor broken english and was rude. This product in my eyes is a total and complete rip off.
