Eric Rodriguez Alex Dozier and R & R Painting Took Full Payment and did not complete work Virginia Beach Virginia
I found Eric Rodriguez on Craigslist to do painting in my home. They came out and completed half the work one day and wanted full payment and I made them leave paint sprayer at my house to insure they would return to complete work. The next day Alex Dozier showed up with his kids in the vehicle to complete work and told me he had to run to store. When he came back I was in garage prepping the doors for him to paint and he went in house took paint sprayer and left without me knowing leaving paint cans opened in the house. I called and texted multiple times and a Eric finally responded and said he was never using Alex again and would be out next day to complete and he was a no show. I have called and texted him multiple times and will not return my calls or texts so I had a friend who is a state trooper text him to ask about doing some work and he texted back immediately so I know he is avoiding my calls so at this point I am going to proceed with legal action and it has nothing to do with the money at this point and I will do whatever it takes no matter what it costs me to make sure he does not do this to anyone else. I should have checked here first due to the fact there are other complaints on this business from other customer's so buyer beware.
