Don't be fooled by all the gurus' testimonials listed in the site listbuilderpro.com!
It is a complete scam! I have all the proof about it, and I'm going to list it all here...
2 months ago I paid $287 for 1,000 double opt-in subscribers per month for 3 months for 2 newsletters I have...
Although, I was receiving many subscribers each day - that was at least what my daily reports said and the free autoresponder they provided, I would never imagine
what would come next...
I benefited from a special offer of the scammer Erik James for 10,000 subscribers for $316.75..."What a deal" I said, and jumped on it. The problem is also asked for more of these cheap subscribers and paid another $316.75...
After having more than 10,000 subscribers in my 2 lists, I decided to track my mailings to see the clicks that come from these subscribers.
I was at the same time building the same lists through advertising provided by other sources, and have them hosted on another very well known autoresponder company = aweber, that offers also tracking of clicks.
So, I have 2 lists for each newsletter, one hosted with aweber and the one with the smartautoresponder.com (that was provided free and belogns also to the scammer Erik James), the mailings I send to the lists built through other sources and hosted with aweber generate always for me 5-25% Click-Through-Rates = CTRs, in most cases more than 10% - and I'm amazed with it and I am lifetime thankful customer of them!
Guess how many clicks I am receiving from exactly the same mailings to the leads received from ListBuilderPro.com and hosted with SmartAutoresponder.com?
0 clicks for most mailings to 10,000+ double opt-in subscribers!
Is this possible? or is this acceptable?
The interesting thing is that after 2 months I received one email from one of these 10,000 subscribers and he was asking me if I can give him the link for some games...my newsletters are about internet marketing and home business...
So, I should maybe be glad that after paying $920 and building a useless list of bulk email addresses, that I doubt if all or most of them are working, I received ONE RESPONSE from a person asking me if I can give him the site for the free games...
I found out why they deliver service of zero quality...
They have 100s of newsletters listed in their site: worldwidelists.com and let people join 10s or even 100s of them and then just click once to confirm all subscriptions...this way they generate bulk email leads
for several lists and NOT targered real people interested in one or more newsletters!
THEY ALSO DELETE MY SUPPORT REQUESTS. I SUBMIT SUPPORT REQUESTS THROUGH THEIR HELP DESK AND NOT ONLY THEY DO NOT REPLY TO THEM BUT THEY DELETE THEM AND EACH AND EVERY TIME I LOGIN BACK TO CHECK IF THEY HAVE REPLIED, I DON'T SEE THE REQUEST SUBMITTED.
I opened paypal disputes about them and paypal favored them and just told me that if more people report them they will take action against them...
I'm in the process of reopening these disputes and communicating now with paypal, because they in fact failed to deliver what I paid for = real subscribers for my newsletter, and although they delivered email
addresses of people, they don't care about my newsletters, and that's what I didn't pay for.
ANYWAY, if no solution is achieved with paypal I'm interested in taking legal action against them, so if you are a lawyer or know a lawyer with experience in this case, please contact me and if you have been scammed
or know anyone else that has been scammed by Erik James' List Builder Pro, let's form a team and take legal action against the scammer to receive our lost funds, and compensation about the time lost and the frustration
caused.
