Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

Actual final email sent after speaking with 'customer service':

After multiple emergency emails and talking to customer service, and getting nowhere, I have realized I have been scammed and will not be getting reimbursed for something we had to pay twice for. What's the point of having customer service if there really isn't any service??

Yes, we made the mistake of trusting and using this 'service', only to find out afterwards that it's not even affiliated with any Florida Government Agency. And before our order was even processed, I had sent at least 3 individual emails asking for my payment to be STOPPED, but to no avail.

That's not a true service. It's a scam. And you are hurting people with this scam.

And why is this 'service' privately owned'? From California???

If only we had found all of the bad reviews on other websites 1st.

It's really sad that people are allowed to rob and steal from others less fortunate and actually get away with it. If you're only licensed by the California Department of Motor Vehicles, then shouldn't you only be dealing with that state???

The people who work for these 'companies' should be ashamed of themselves. Get a real job!

I lost a lot of hard-earned money trusting this 'service', only to be robbed out of my money and treated with disrespect. Not one of my emails were answered in a timely matter. All I was told was there was nothing they could do.

Because whoever runs this 'service' is in hiding.

Very unhappy and will never recommend this 'service' to anyone, not even an enemy.

Enjoy stealing other victim's money.

I will be reporting this and previous emails I've sent to wake people up, as i'm sure it's not only happening to Floridians.

We are sorry to hear that you had a bad experience. We would like to investigate this matter further and will need to look up your informtion. If you could provide us your 6 digit order number(s) or your vehicle's plate number(s), we will be able to look into this and get back to you to see how we can help you and assure your satisfaction to the best of our abilities.

You can also call us at 888-633-5332 and ask for our Director of Customer Relations, Claudia, and she can help you directly.

We also wanted to clarify what our disclaimers are communicating. We process registration renewals in both Florida and California. In California, we are licensed with the state DMV and in Florida we are a courier service that works through a licensed, state-approved agency. We apologize if this was confusing and appreciate your feedback regarding this. We will inform our web team to assure that we clarify this better.

We look forward to hearing from you.

Fixed i guess???

Now I'm being notified by my state that my tags have already been paid for, and my second payment to them was denied. But the lady I spoke with from edirect was rude and made it sound like I messed up by submitting a payment with them. When I asked her to stop the payment, she said there was nothing she could do and that my other vehicle was denied. So I went to Florida tax website and played another 90$ because she made me feel like it was a scam and that i got scammed. I am so confused.. I just hope the tag stickers that do come are legal and real. Just a heads up to anyone renewing tags online... Do it through your states website only, as there are no hidden fees and its easy and safe. I got robbed of an extra $20 for each car renewed. Total $130! When through the state its only $85! Total nightmare! Never again.
