These guys use various names which change after their site gets shut down. They promise to get you a Drivers License but dont deliver. They use various Bank accounts and get you to do a Bank Transfer, you'll never hear from then again.

They have already been reported on this site by other names but the latest ones are euautodocs.com and eusprung.com. 1 address is a Post Office Box at 22 Fo Ut, Budapest.

They reply to your email using a 3G Mobile Phone, however they are not as smart as they think they are. If anyone has any information or if you are a victim please send me your email address and I'll let you know what happens, Thanks, Don.

These guys are still operating now with a new website dlprocure.com. I originally posted this in 2006 but I see there are 2 reports on this website since I posted the original report. I will keep tracking these guys and adding to the new names they come up with. I have contacted their Server Hosts and Google and the other search engines to have them banned.

For your information, I have had a full Drivers Licence for years. The country that I currently live in does not Recognize American Licenses. I am expected to start all over again as a Learner Driver and pay higher Insurance Premiums. Most European Countries exchange Licenses but a few dont. I'm expected to have an experienced driver with me, how am I supposed to make a living if I cant drive? This company purports to provide a perfectly legal service but dont deliver. They keep changing names, websites and bank accounts and by all accounts have made a killing from vunerable, desperate people. I didn't find your comments helpful and I'm surprised that the Editors let your rebuttal through. I took the time to report this company as other have, in the hope that no one else loses substantial sums of money. The company previosly went by other names such as EuropeanDL.

What Rip Off?

The OP is complaining that he can't get a driver's license through a web site. Who's being ripped off here? I thought only a government agency can issue driver's licenses.
