Our company hired a Licensed Real Estate Agent in Nevada to Purchase properties for us as principals. During that time the Real Estate Agent approached us and begged us to assist several of her clients, this being one of them. This individual had been irresponsible in paying his obligation to his lender and the lender wanted their property back. She asked us to assist her client by helping him get back on his feet, by leasing him a home. We provided this individual a Working Agreement which spelled out his obligation in the transaction. Ultimately, he failed to meet his obligation under our agreement, as he failed to meet his obligation to the lender previously and ended up Breaching the Contract with our company. The contract specifically spells out the fee's and penalties for such a breach, which we imposed. We have assisted many other clients successfully, but there are always a few who feel they don't have to follow the rules.
Based on his libelous report and Breach of Contract, we will proceed with protecting our reputation in this matter by sending his report to our Attorney for legal action.
