Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

Contacted company (phone number listed on my credit card transaction) after seeing credit card charge of $99.59 to question charge.  Identified it as a charge for ladies watch that I did not knowlingly order.  Given holiday season and personal issues, I was not checking credit card statements to see I was billed several times for shipments of watches, that I thought were part of a promotion.  I contacted the company customer service and explained that I did not want their watches, and wanted a refund.  They said their company policy is "no refunds/returns" and the charges were valid since they had confirmation the watches had been delivered.  I wanted to return the watches but was told that they do not take returns.  They offered to give me a 50% discount on future shipments of watches...!!!  I had to repeat I did not want further watches and asked this be cancelled, which they said they would (received email saying it was cancelled). This is outrageous ... $99.59 for each watch!  These watches are cheap watches.  This company is taking advantage of senior citizens like me and other busy people who do not immediately reject these unwanted shipments and cancel.

I asked to verify the company name and asked for and was given the company's address and website.  The name and address given, "The Latest Styles," did not match return address label with "Euro Trends" and the website given and reconfirmed with the supervisor I was talking to, "https://great-fashion.net/x9/bkwx/," was not recognized when I did a search following the phone call.  Very suspicious.   I highly recommend that no one accept any offers or deals offered by this company; it will rip you off of a large amount of money before you realize it.  If they were a legitimate and honest company, they would accept a return of the products and refund your money.  This means if you are unhappy with their "automatic" selection of a fashion watch to send you, too bad; you cannot get your money back.  The return label information is:

EuroTrends, Shipping Manager, 300 S. Rodney Parham Road, #1-225, Little Rock, Arkansas  72205

I spoke with the customer rep and her supervisor.  The supervisor refused to give me the name of an upper level executive that could make an exception to their policy.

I hope this report is helpful to others and hope the government will take action to prevent these "automatic" follow-on unwanted orders to promotion offers.

I recall that this offer was made online for taking a survey of how satisfied I was with Amazon.  I also called Amazon;  the rep could not identify any offers by this company but agreed to file a report with Amazon about this situation.

They offer free stuff if you took a short survey ,all you had to do was to send them $6.99 For shipping and Handling,I chose for a free womans watch, which I never did recieve, 3 months went by before I notice the charge on my credit card for $99.99 for each month plus the $6.99,I called my credt card company and told them I didn't recognize one of the charges so they gave me there phone # I called it and got a woman, she said that I sign up to get watches every month,I said I never signed anything she said I did and got very irate on the phone,so then I lost it to and told her I never sign up for anything like that, the watches I did get were cheap and I know I never signed up for anything. After I talk to them,I got a email back saying they cancel me out and sent me a cancellation #18825 on 19/9/17.I tried to get my money back and the credit card company said they put in a dispute but they had know luck of getting my money back of the card.So now I am out of $303.99,I am on social security so it is a big chunk out of my pocket and have useless watches,it is very frustrating.Hopefully they get caught and prosecuted.
