I entered into a barter agreement with Daniel Evans to build out my fence and add a deck. He rushed the start date and only showed up for one hour of work for what he estimated to be a one day job. He left a mess everywhere including his tools and continued to lie about coming over and no-showed day after day without a phone call. Made one more re-appearance after dark and did one more hour of work.
Finally after more days of no-shows, I asked him to come and get his tools and told him I would find someone else. This resulted in threatening phone calls and emails from him and his wife in which he still did not come and get his tools during pouring rain (they were outside, I have no cover) and then threatened he would charge me for his tools. He finally has picked up his tools although his tall ladder is STILL in my back yard and now he files REPORTS agains me? To make it worse the new company I hired has to take down his work because it is not structurally stable so I have to pay for work and materials again. Definately ask to see his business license. I'd be surprised if he has one.

This was a 4 day long 'relationship' not weeks...I couldn't work for 2 days due to I wasn't passing up cash jobs for barter...as for shotty work..Ms Lepaige was to CHEAP to buy proper materials and wanted it rigged and it also wasn't finished...as for the 'mess' it was neat until Ms. LePaige moved materials to a vacant unit beside of her townhome..leaving my tools to be exposed to the weather and anyone for the taking..and I had to take the police to retreive my tools..and as for threats...KARMA will get you, isn't what would normally be a threat... I have a police report and all emails including the first one..4 days, that's all...As for what Ms. LePaige does on ebay has nothing to do with her personal home and 'BARTERING' deal..Bruce, you weren't there so mind your own business...I HAVE PROOF!!!
