"Eve" Shelly - Johnson - dowen - Potter - Fairy Works Creations This Con Artist has used Extortion, Coercion, blackmail and entrapment to try to steal property Lyle Washington
I am very concerned about my parents who live about 300 miles away and we cannot look after on a constant basis. My parents are being taken to the cleaners by a con artist. She is Eve Shelly Johnson/Dowen/Potter (She goes by several names) She has tried extortion and coercion to steal my parents property from them. She and my brother have lived on my fathers property for 5 years free of charge. All my parents asked was that they do up keep on the property. My sister in law has manipulated my brother right into jail (She has framed him and set him up to be arrested and also over dosed him ( he thought she was helping) with Valerian and St. John's wart to induce bipolar symptoms.) She told him it was to help him sleep. She actually studies mental illnesses and looks for anything he does that could possible be a symptom and then goes online into forums and tells people her husband has mental illnesses to substantiate proof that it is so.
One day she approached my father and demanded that he sign the 5 acres of his property over to HER (only), not my brother. When he said no she threatened If you don't Matt (my brother) will go to jail My father still said no. As a result she had my brother arrested. Immediately following a new boyfriend moved in with her on My parents property. She is legally trying to get the property now. They have had to hire a lawyer. My brother is still in jail for alleged spousal abuse (she lied). She has signed many legal documents that are nothing but lies. She has all but destroyed my mothers business. My mother breeds and sells dogs. Eve was in charge of her website and advertising, since Eve is a web site designer fairy works web creations . Eve without notice quit all my mothers prepaid advertisement and shut down her web site, having all inquiries sent to her own web site. If she was contacted by a perspective dog buyer she would bad mouth my mothers business and direct the person to another breeder.
This has been proven I am only touching the tip of the iceberg. Her boyfriend has called threatening the lives of the entire family and especially my parents. Eve is so convincing as a con artist that she has all of Klikatat county wrapped around her finger. They will not even listen to my parents, they think they are just two crazy old people. I know they are not because I know how this horrible woman operates. She victimized me first and I tried to tell them but at that time they would not believe me because they had been told so many lies by her, about me that she had ruined my credibility with them as she has now done to them. That is how she continues to con people. She also went through a huge court battle about a previous con job against her x-boyfriend in California all of which she convinced my parents to pay for. Thousands of dollars! This is very serious and a very small part of all she has done. She is on drugs and has their grandchildren in her care as well.
UPDATE> Today the eviction went to court and my parents went expecting this part to be over only to be told that the police have made 4 attempts to deliver the eviction notice and she has refused to answer the door.

Thanks to ripoffreports.com!!! Eve Shelley filed a rebuttal that was more full of holes than swiss cheese. It was very instrumental in winning the case my parents had against her. She has been legally evicted. I will keep you updated on any further information regarding her actions.
