Event Connect Inc, Also known for the Housing Bandits Melbourne, Florida
I paid Event Connect Inc $4200.00 in May, 2011 for rooms for 4 at the Venetian in Las Vegas for a week for my company. We were attending the Power - Gen Trade Show December 13th, 2011. We were boarding a Plane in melbourne, Florida when we got notice that our rooms were canceled the day before arrival. I left numerous messages, I was even told by one of the girls (Roxanne) that answered the phone that he president was in a meeting with the Venetian as we speak. To find out this was a complete Lie.
I was told that the person I needed to speak to would call me right back. Jennifer Taylor was the person setting up my Itinerary & took my C.C info. I never received a return phone call from anyone. We tried to straighten this out when we arrived to the Venetian without any Luck, Having to pay an additional $4200.00 for rooms that were already paid for. We come to find out from the Power - Gen Event Coordinator that they are called Housing Bandits, They rip people off then they change the name of the Business and do it all over again.
