I ordered tickets for Garth Brooks in Minneapolis. I didn't hear anything for weeks and called. I was told that Garth Brooks holds the tickets til the week of the concert. I called again 2 weeks before the concert because I didn't receive the email I was supposed to. When I called I asked to speak with a supervisor who told me she had no record of the sale, even tho a week prior the order was found by a salesperson.
I called again a week later, voiced my concerns regarding this being a scam, and was assured the tickets would be delivered by FED EX the week of the concert.
The concert was Friday night, and the Thursday prior, I received a package from FED EX, with a gift card and instructions to just present it at the door, with no need to go the will call. I did this and it was denied at the door after several attempts with different card readers.
I went to Will Call, and was told that the card was in someone elses name. The woman at the desk took pity on me and gave me seats close to where I was told by Event Ticket Sales that I would be sitting. She advised there were many people that were not getting into the event that night who had purchased through Event Ticket Sales.
They can't give you the exact seats you are buying at time of purchase, and they don't send you the tickets, just a gift card. Buyer Beward.
