EVER CLEAR GUTTER PROTECTION Michael McKenzie RELENTLESSLY SOLICITED MY BUSINESS BY TELEPHONE CAMPAIGN TO GET INTO MY HOME AND NOW WITHOUT REMORSE REFUSES TO REFUND MY DEPOSIT OF $2,293.00 HUNTINGDON VALLEY, Pennsylvania
Eveclear Gutter Protection, NJ HIC REG # 13VH04440700,actively and aggressively pursued me by telephone to set up an in-home consultation. I had expressed no interest in new gutters nor had I called them. Although I repeatedly explained that my husband was overseas and I was not able to make any large decisions without him, that we were considering putting our house on the market and divorcing, Mr. Michael McKenzie, succeeded in getting a deposit from me for $2,293.00. He was a relentless sales agent. They have absolutley refused to refund my money on a technicality that I did not inform them in writing within 3 days. and when I called to follow-up I was told, "bring on the lawsuit." I have filed a Civil Complaint against them in Delaware County. Please be aware of this company serviing the Tri-State Area. They prey, solicit, take the money and run.

Most in-home sales contracts has a 3 day cancellation policy. When they "succeeded" to get your money was a gun pointed at you?
