Evercom ripoff Billing for calls never placed Selma Alabama
I was billed erroneously on December 19, 2006 for calls to one of my D.I.D. numbers (we are an answering service). I have a copy of the bill, as well as a copy of our call log if you are interested. No calls at 6:37am, 6:39am or 6:54am occured on November 22, 2006, as the bill suggests.
They have done this to us more than once. They always credit us when we call, but the problem is that it KEEPS happening. We have over 400 phone numbers do I KNOW it will happen again & I will have to spend 10-15 minutes every time to get it resolved. I wonder how many other people are billed the same way & since it's always such a small amount($2-$10), they just pay it.

I paid my bill for the month of feb.07 and i have the receipt and evercom said they don't have a record of me paying, i told them if i didn't pay the bill at&t would have cut my phone services off. I told them i have the payment receipt and telephone bill, they told me to fax them the information and then gave me a bogus fax that didn't work, so i call back and spoke with latesha and she try to give me the same fax number. I explained that i bill twice , they charge me last month bill last month and this month for last month bill again. Now my phone services is threaten to be cut off this month. They keep having computerize telephone call me everyday and no one never answer the call.Also i have voice message service with at&t and it picks up the collect calls and they saw it but are not talking them off. please help me with this matter, if you can.
