Everdry Waterproofing Never returned deposit after contract canceled Fort Wayne Indiana
Signed a contract and gave a deposit. Had 72 hours to cancel contract. Which I did and they confirmed they received the paperwork. The same day they cashed my deposit checked. The very nice sales rep came out and had me sign the paperwork to confirm cancalation. As their own paperwork says I have 3 days to cancel and deposit would be returned within 10 days. It has since been over 45 days and still no refund. message to rep went unanswered. Call to office. Sorry the person who takes care of that is not in the office can I give you their voicemail. Still waiting on response.
