I was in bankruptcy until Aug. 08 after i sent them a check to get my loan current and after that all hell broke loose. I've been making my payments on time every month after that check in aug. I mail a payment to their Atlanta office in Nov. 08 and they receive it cause someone sign for envolope. When they review my account in atlanta and found out their records show me being in BK so they forward my payment to Jacksonville Fl. office which they hadden receive in their office. So i review my account online with this company so that i know what's going on with my account. So after review my account and seeing they hadden recieve my payment I contact them. And they told me they hadden receive my payment I told them I have records and a confirmation that your office in Atlanta recieved my payment but lost that payment when they mail it to your Jacksonville Office. So I file a claim on the Money Orders they misplace and they could not be replace after sixty days of purchase. So the Claim was file in November and I fax them a copy of the claim I file. So my December payments was applied to my November and my January payments was applied for December. I recieved the replacement money order in or at the end of Januray and that time in February i sent them two payments. So I tried to get the loan refinance only to find out they had been reporting me to the credit bureaus with late payments for the months they lost my money order in November 08. So I disputed their status with my account and said i wasn't late for those months of Nov. Dec. and Jan. I sent you'll a money order and your office lost those money orders so why should my account be in this status due to your office misplacing my payment. So they said they will research and get back with me with results. And they sent me a letter in May admitting their error and they will report to my credit bureaus the correct status on my account. As of this day Aug. 09 their records indicate me being late for the months from Nov. thru Jan. So i've try to have the PMI removed of my account and negative status on my account with them still have not been corrected. So they can't remove the PMI due to their status on my account. So they ask me to sent them a copy of the same information the mail to me dispute or research. I said your office sent me a apology letter as it relate to those months why due i have to send you something u sent me to dispute. In my opinion this company ain't nothing but a rip-off. I spoke with a attorney this money and they told me that the PMI is high and after telling him the problems i'm having with this compamy. He tells me to keep fighting them it's nothing he can do about this situation.
