this man ripped me off and took the last money i had to move with my7 children and grandbabies.
He assured me he would go to court for me and help me fight my landlord and stay in my home for nat least 2-3 months. instead after i sent him a payment of $260.00 he emails me bankruptcy papers with no warning. i called and called and he finally answered saying he was sorry and wasn in a car accident, he sent nme a receipt for my payment nthrough text message instead of emailing like he sdtarted out. i am now ndue ton be evicted in 3 dyas and he wont answer me at all.. i begged this man not to scam me as i was facing eviction and he even agreed to give nme a refund and nothing.. someone please help he says his name is christian and i have a cell number he calls from

First of all you don't know my story And have no idea what the details are surrounding my eviction so you have no place to make your remarks. I paid for what I thought was legal Representation to extend my time to move which is fair and justified. And actually in hind site I am looking to file bankruptcy for a new start for me and my family so I'm Gonna be blessed regardless. After I posted this i got a complete refund and the gentleman apologized sincerely and asked me to remove this. So there are people with a conscious after all. I will be looking into doing this. But you You can kick rocks!

So YOU had 260.00 to drop on fighting the eviction when that money would have been better spent PAYING RENT!!!! Yes you were scammed. But it should be a lesson for you. YOU CHOSE to NOT pay your rent and the consequences of not paying is eviction. What makes YOU think that YOU can get away with NOT paying?? So instead of screwing over your landlord and getting MORE time to NOT pay rent, YOU paid 260.00 FOR BANKRUPTCY PAPERWORK!!!!

all really a misunderstanding explained to lasonya why and what happened to me.
fully apoligized and refunded ALL her money and offered to help her to keep her in her home.
i am doing everything i can to make sure lasonya is ok.
we are in constant communication and will continue to communicate till after i know she is ok.
i hope we can work this out to the best we can.
im not in the business to take from people.
will do everything i can for my client to make sure she will be taken care of
