Aqua EWP, LLC, Robert Atlas Took my money and never delivered te promised equipment San Antonio Texas
Robert Atlas has done it again. After researching capacitive deionization technology (CDI) two companies outside te US referred me to Robert Atlas, at Aqua EWP, LLC as the expert and only supplier in the US. I visited his place of business on North Trinity in San Antonio and found several pieces of equipment in various states of repair and one "employee" who was busy in the warehouse. After interviewing Bob, I could tell he was familiar with water cemistry and he showed me some CDI cells on a test bench.
He gave me a written quote for two pieces of equipment and told me they would be ready in four to six weeks. After that amount of time he began telling me a story about how he was transferring production to India and delays had held up the units in Customs. All of this has turned out to be lies. It has been 11 months now and still no equipment.
I demanded my money back and he argreed to refund my money, but that has not happened either. I am now having to resort to hiring an attorney. This could take another year... or two.
