Excella Prime pre-paid card Pay-o-matic Refused to reinburse my funds after theft. New York New York
My pre-paid card was hacked into and depleted all my funds. And excella said it was no fault of there own and that there decession is not in my favor. I lost all most $1000.00. Because they have no security to protect their client's identity.
