Executive Inn & Suites of Killeen - Killeen & Fort Hood Executive Inn & Suites of Killeen Rips off Soldiers Killeen, Texas
These people prey on Soldiers. This place is a rip off. Do not stay here! I checked in and was give a check out date on my receipt. The day before the my check out date; Chris Lee the so called Manager barged into my room and said that the receptionist made a mistake and that I had to pay for another week or leave. This guy was beyond rude and very argumentative. I have never gotten service like that before anywhere in the world. On top of the very poor service; the place is a dump. I used a bottle of fabreze in the first day and it still stanked. The windows are dirty and I just knew that anyone could push down the door with one finger. The floor was beyond nasty! Don't believe what you see on the website; the place looks nothing like they advertise. Plus If you book there and get there and see the place and ask to leave they still charge you for one night so if you believe the website and get there and find out that you've been ripped off; it just too late for you. This place is tailor to lure poor Soldiers new to town in and rip them off. Don't stay at Executive Inn and Suites in Killeen; you will be sorry if you do.
