Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I personally worked for Experian and know first hand they do not care about the consumer. They only want the consumer on and off the phone in 4.5 minutes. They require a talk time by customer service reps to get the customer on an off the phone as soon as possible and if the goals of 90 calls per day is not met they tend to let that person go. You do not have enough time to tell the person your problems and have them respond accurately. It is like a "sweat shop" enviornment, they could care less about the consumers problems.

Amy I would love to say that you are correct but the fact of the matter is you are not AT ALL. I had a wonderful lady in the finance side of a mortgage company fax over some of these credit reports you speak of to sort out some mess my hubby was in ( false reportings) And they looked NOTHING like the credit reports sent to me from the CB's. The fact of the matter is they were quite different. There was credit reporting that doesnt show up on the consumer side of these reports and it was quite eye opening for us how below the belt these reports really are that you get a hold of verses the everyday consumers like myself. Dont be so sure of yourself next time you will find you are on the very same side as all of us here when push comes to shove in the world of credit Amy and please dont take this as a slight against you this is what they want you to believe. If you doubt this try pulling a report like us everyday Joe's it will be quite a refreshing change of attitude towards your company IMHO.

Amy, FIrst I'm not a spoiled brat and second I ordered and pay monthly to view ALL 3 credit reports. EQUIFAX shows me having a score and then I see the lender has another score from them that is LOWER, like 200+ LOWER than what I pull up. Same COMPANY different score. It happens. I can PROVE it. Frustrated

Hi, I am a special finance mang. at a car dealership and I would like to respond to the angry complaints of the previous citizen. I am in special finance, meaning I work with credit problem customers. Like bankrupcies, reposes ect... I disagree with some things you say, for example I believe it is a good idea to get a copy of your credit report and maintain it. It is not a secret report we pull. It is the same 3 credit reporting agencies everyone uses, the only difference is the format. You know or should know what is on your credit report. Consumers have access to ordering one, it is not a fake. If they have credit problems and are a higher risk, of course they are going to have to pay to play. You can not expect to not pay your bill or slow pay and want prime rates - EARN IT, like the rest of us, you spoiled brats. Its life without all these problems there would be alot of lost jobs and worse problems. So live life. By the way the mark up on furniture and jewelery is way higher. Why aren't they called scum and sharks?

Michael this is what I think about the credit industry!

Michael what you think about this? I am going to try to help all consumers understand some inside info about the credit industry. What I am about to tell you is info they do NOT want you to know. The credit industry does not want you to understand how the system works so businesses can make money off of you. Let me explain. Say you want to buy a new or used car. You go to your local "Shark Pond" known as a car dealer and fill out a credit application. The car dealer's "Shark Trainer" better known as a desk manager will pull a very special type of credit report on you. This special credit report is one that consumers are not able to get their hands on. This so called special credit report reveals the following: Your name and reported past few addresses What is labeled "Profile Summary" It seems to me this section is "TOP SECRET" Because you as a consumer can't have a copy of what yours looks like or what yours would reveal. In this "Profile Summary" it has the following. Section A Public Records, Install Bal, R Estate Bal, REV BAL, Section B Past Due AMT, Sch/est Pay, R Estate Pay, Rev Avail in a %, Section C Inquiries, Inqs/6 MO, Tradeline, Paid Accot, Section D Status ACCTs Now Del/DRG Was Del/DRG Old Trade Understanding how your credit info is posted in YOUR "Profile Summary" is very important. If you understand how it works and how your info is posted in it you can see how to increase the value of your credit. In other words, what NOT TO DO. Not knowing what not do can KILL the value of your credit in a fast way. If you do not have a TRUE Credit card the credit industry cannot calculate what is called your "Total revolving available in a percentage. Not having this can lower the buying power of your credit in a big way. Next we have what is called the "SCORE SUMMARY" In this section you would have info that is very important for you to know. YOUR FAIR ISAAC SCORE! Mine is way over the 700 mark. BUT NO! you can't have this type of info. They want you to be a dumb a*s so car dealers, Banks and mortgage brokers can bend you over and shove a higher interest rate where the SUN DOES NOT SHINE! Yes, I must say your PAIN, is Their GAIN! Next we need to see the section that they call the "TRADES" section. This section is where your good and bad credit history is recorded. The "Lot Sharks" and the car dealer's "F&I Clowns" Love to read this section about your credit history. They use this info to determine what interest rate they have plans to "WHACK" you with. This is where they build their "Backend profit" If you have never been told as to how this secret credit report works, you are TOAST or SCREWED, you pick! They, the industry insiders DO NOT want you to get a copy, Read it or see it. You might say this is their secret pathway to a bigger profit on you. SOON, I have plans to help you all understand much more about your credit report. I get this "special type" of credit report on myself because I have some close friends that like what I am doing here @ www.ripoffreport.com They want me to help you get this so called secret credit report. Some businesses want you to have a better credit rating so they can do business with you in a positive way that will help, not hurt you. It just burns my A Hole that you can't get this special type of credit report. We all know that most car dealers never play in a truthful way when it comes to selling you a car, or obtaining financing for you. So if they can get a copy and use it when setting up your car loan, WHY CAN'T YOU GET ONE? Well, I have a way for you to ask that VERY QUESTION. If I were you reading this, I would email the following people @ Fair Isaac and ask them why is it that "SLIME BALLS can get this type of report but the consumer CAN'T? Here is the email list I had sent to me. Fire AWAY MY Fellow Americans! Brian Kane, Public relations Director [email protected] 901 Marquette Ave Minneapolis, MN 55402 USA His phone 1-651-766-2905 His Fax is 1-651-765-9831 Angela Carlson, Public relations Consultant Her Email is [email protected] Her Phone is 1-415-492-5373 her Fax is 1-415-492-5691 Next we have General Consumer Press Department. Craig Watts, Consumer Affairs Manager His Email is [email protected] Fax is 1-415-444-5029 I think this person should also get a copy of your Rip Off Report. Heidi Flannery Her Email is [email protected] Her fax is 1-858-452-3220. What I am trying to say, is that you should have access to the same kind of credit report that car dealers, banks and mortgage brokers have access to. I say it is only FAIR! By the way don't be too fast to buy into this crap of a credit monitoring services. To me it is all a bunch of B.S. that they use to pump money out of you. You have no idea who looks at your credit info once you start sending it back and forth on the net. I say not a good idea.
