That company obtained your bank account information from somewhere and someone authorized the monthly debit. If you really didn't authorize this, and do not have that card, call your bank and dispute the charges. Your bank will probably also suggest that you get your credit report. The free once a year credit reports can be found at http://www.ftc.gov/ click on Free Credit Report.

It says: "The monthly maintenance fee charge will remain in effect ==>so long as there is a balance owed on the account.Minimum Monthly Payment for Charge Purchasesentire balance due.<==" Once again, my suggestion is pay it off or transfer the balance to another card...
