I ordered shampoo from Extended Length on April 12, 2010 and received confirmation stating my order had been shipped on April 17, 2010.
I waited for over a week for it to arrive. I called the 800 number and could only get a recorded message. I emailed Extended Lengths and received a reply they would get back to me be 24-48 hours....3 times. Each time "Gia" replyed sounding sympathetic and promissed to solve the problem.
My last response on May 11, 2010 was "Gia" would check with the shipping department. I tried to track it online...no luck...May 17, 2010 no product received and no more responses from "gia" at Extended Length the Extended Lengthly delay company!!
