I WAS RENTING FROM "SMART STOP" STORAGE FOR A COUPLE OF MONTHS WHEN ALL OF THE SUDDEND I GOT A NOTICE THE PLACE WAS SOLD TO EXTRA STORAGE ! THEN WITHOUT WARNING OR NOTICE EXTRA STORAGE DOUBLED THE RENT!!!
THIS IS THE E-MAIL I SENT TO THEM UNTIL I FIND OUT ABOUT SUING THEM!!
I NEVER SIGNED A RENTAL AGREEMENT WITH EXTRA STORAGE FOR THEM TO HOLD ME HOSTAGE WITH MY STORED BELONGING!!!
BEEING FORCED  HAVING TO GO THROUG THE INCOVINIECE OF FINDING ANOTHER PLACE AND HAVING TO MOVE OUT!!!
 
 
TO EXTRA SORAGE,
 
THE NEW OWNERS OF "SMART STOP STORAGE"!!!

  YOU START RIPPING YOUR NEWLY ACQUIRED TENANTS 
 
OFF RIGHT FROM THE START!!!
 
  WITHOUT ANY NOTIFICATIONS THAT THERE WAS GOING TO BE A RENT INCREASE!!
AND 
 
NOT GIVING PEOPLE OPTIONS BEFORE ONE GETS 
 
HIT WITH A DOUBLING OF RENTAL CHARGES!!!
 
  THAT'S WHAT YOU DO WHEN YOU HAVE A CAPTIVE 
 
AUDIENCE!!!
 
RIGHT?!!!
 
NOT VERY ETHICAL  BUSINESS PRACTICES I'D SAY!!!
 
  I RENTED THAT "UNIT" BECAUSE OF ITS AFFORDABILITY!!!
