EXTREME MOTORCARS LLC SOLD UNSAFE VEHICLE, REFUSED TO HELP FIX, THEN REPOED WHEN I SEEKED LAWYER GLOUCESTER New Jersey
Extreme Motorcars LLC SUCKS...i used to work for them, i watched them rip off many people, i used to be friends with their daughter! they sold me a 96 eagle talon, little sports car, i drove it for not even three months when i noticed a raddle. the raddle was my uppercontrol arm, which pretty much holds ur tire on!!!! they mechanic i took it to quoted me almost $2000 to get it fixed, i only was paying $3000 for the car...the mechanic told me not to drive the car, it was to dangerous and if something happened, it could be fatal!
Since i worked for them my payments were $40 but my contract stated $65, so when i went and seeked a lawyer and my lawyer sent them a letter, they came and repoed my car when i was on vacation.
Then about 5 months later i recieved one letter from a collection agency stating i owed extreme motorcars almost $700 ! for what ???? they took my car, sent me no letters of how much they sold it for or anything, no letter stating they were takin me to collections!! so now my credit is messed up and people are still buying unsafe cars and being ripped off from them !!!
