Eyepothesis eyepothesis / Brian Lint CEO Cleaned out retired person for 78.41..this is deception at it greatest, with false advertising & misleading info. "free trial size" pay shipping, only 2.47? they claim after 8 days and your free tri Boulder, Colorado
Eyepothesis listed a trial size cream, for under eye dark circles for shipping charge of 2.87? It sounded O.K, try it for 8 days'. Not after 8 days' you would automatically be included in their club & have 78.41 taken out of your bank for ?? More product?? We'll see.
The verbiage is very misleading and as I understand, keeps on giving; "monthly fees" .
Haven't the American people been screwed enough, we should have a "Class Action Suite", and make this and other companies accoutable for their deceptive practices.
Is the Attorney General, Colorado, just going to limit eyepothesis sales, to outside Colorado?? If thats true, why not stop the company from any sales or to change their policy verbiage??

So, when a company says you can "try it for 8 days", what do you think is going to happen after 8 days? If nothing, why would they bother specifying the 8 day trial period? Common sense would tell you that something is going to happen on day 9. That would be your cue to examine all of the fine print before signing up. Nine times out of ten, it will mean money is coming out of the account you signed up with.
"Trials" these days are offered at a very low cost (usually just a few dollars) that must be paid for using a credit/debit card. Most companies will say it's to cover "shipping and handling", but the real reason is to get ahold of your card information so they can charge you a large sum later, based on the terms and conditions that you didn't read.
The old adage is still true. You don't get something for nothing.
