OK, time's up. I will be contacting the Southeast Florida Better Business Bureau first thing tomorrow morning unless you have responded to my email between now and then. I also plan to spread the word of this incident to anyone and everyone I can think of who might consider using your service. I'll start with VRMA (Vacation Rental Management Association) which we are members of and go from there. All of this negative press, etc. can be avoided by you at least beginning to acknowledge me with some type of response and proceeding from there to rectifying it.

I just called the following numbers to which I received the following responses;
786-486-7101 This forwarded to someone's cell phone who I had to call back after being cut off. The person at the other end of the line gave me 786-777-0046 to call which I had already called and only gotten a recording. I called back to the second number and left a message to which I expect to receive no response. I also sent a numeric page listing our number as the paging number. Who is Telecom Logics at 305-594-4444? The first number, 786-486-7101, is listed on our bank statement as the number associated with the charge below. However, after talking with the gentleman who answers, it appears to be a wrong number which is making me very suspicious of your company. It's starting to sound like I'm chasing a ghost.
Our company, A-1 Vacation Rentals, Inc., paid $377.46 on 7/24/03 for a one year listing of our business on the website www.ez2rent.com. As I stated below, we are originally listed on the website shortly after the above transaction. However, now we are not. This is the reason for my inquiries. I would like to know the reason(s) as to why we are no longer listed on the aforementioned website. I would like this response by close of business today. Otherwise, I will be contacting the Southeast Florida's Better Business Bureau first thing tomorrow morning regarding this issue. I think an email yesterday morning, one today, three phone calls, and a second email today to three addresses is sufficient in order to attempt to get this to someone's attention who is in a position to do something about this situation.
I don't want to involve the BBB or our Corporate Attorney in this and I doubt that you do either. All I want is our listing back on your website as we agreed to back on 7/24/03. It's as simple as that.
