Falsetto Custom Homes Falsetto Homes bad, incomplete work, took the money and left, dishonest Ottawa, Ontario
This company agreed to pay by contract $425,000 for my lot. They delayed, paid a bit, delayed some more, got a lawyer to get title to it to start building anyway. It ended up in court with me paying costs to get the remainder of the money that they owed me in the first place.
THEN, against our contract they proceeded to build two houses on the lot instead on one, tore up the (and mine) neighbours lawn and street front, and left another neighbour with cracks in their water pipes.
Now the neighbours are suing me and "Falsetto Custom Homes" is nowwhere in sight. They (the neighbours) are also suing Falsetto for incomplete work because the tiles are falling off in the bathroom and the stairs are crooked in their new "custom" home.
If you see them or they approach you either a) run or b) get a good lawyer. Post a blog or comment on any community association in Ottawa to stop these criminals.
