I am sitting here with a $2300 brand new go kart that will not start. Family Go Kart will not answer my calls, will not answer messages left, will not answer emails. I have called two numbers for three weeks. I went through their system of leaving support tickets asking for help to no avail. This is just wrong that they are allowed to be in business and take advantage of trusting people.
I purchased their premium warranty extended service, and cannot even talk to a person at the company. There is no excuse for this treatment of their customers and support of the product they sell. I purchased two go karts in three months from them. The first one started, the second would not start and the company will not help in any way.
