Good app, crappy service 

This is a good app to find good movie info (time, location, movie reviews), however don't bother using Fandango to buy your tickets. Use the actual theater company app or site to do so. This way if there is a problem you can speak with an actual person at the theater who can fix the problem.

I purchased three tickets for my daughter and friends to ensure she would not be sold-out (the purpose of Fandango), however our flight home was delayed and she missed the movie time. I could not pass alongteh tickets to the others becuase they 1. don;t have my credit card, 2. the app doesn;t allow youto send the barcade with an and event invite, 3. change anything about the event (change ticket times).

Since the tickets were purchased via Fandango the theater would not refund or exchange, but would have had I purchased via their site. The theather manager actually said " I really wish I could help but its Fandando that must give youa refund/exchange and good luck trying to ever reach someone who will reply". When I did finally get a reply from Fandango (four emails which all said the same thing: "how can we assist you?"). I was told it was up to the theater for refunds or exchanges. Why did I pay a convenience fee to Fandango?

I wish i had seen this report site beforehand, I would have saved $38.25.

Again, good app, crappy service, use the theater site or app to purchase your tickets in advance not Fan-dumb-a****.
